Arsham Parsi is a well-known Iranian homosexual who fights for gay rights in Iran. He Left Iran in 2005 on the basis of his sexual orientation and activism and he has dedicated his life to the cause. He is the executive director of the Iranian Railroad for Queer Refugees (IRQR), an international non-profit organization based in Toronto, Canada that is helping Iranian queers and those who escaped Iran on the basis of their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.
