Sevket Aktunç was born in 1925 in Yugoslavia. He was a producer and director, known for Anadolu evliyalari (1969), Peygamberler diyari: Hac ve Kabe (1966) and The Harbour Coquette (1961). He died in 1983 in Istanbul, Turkey.
