Müfit Kayacan was born on 17 January 1959 in Antalya. He is a Turkish actor and theater director, known for Abluka (2015), Album de famille (2016) and Olur Insallah (2015).

He came to the world in Kaş (Antalya) on January 17, 1959. Adana Cukurova University is a graduate of Industrial Engineering. He was the founder of the Metropolitan Municipality City Theater (AŞT), which he first starred in 1983, and took over 25 years of general art direction. In the process, he acted in 32 different plays and directed 25 games. At the same time, he worked as the Cultural Services Department in Antalya Metropolitan Municipality for 10 years. One of the many festivals launched during the mission, “High School National Theater Festival” started with the participation of 6 languages ​​for the first time in 1993. He is also the creator of Kayacan Lycia Seyirlik Games Festival, which has also made Jury of Golden Orange Film Festival. Within the scope of many social projects, the villagers carried the theater to the prisons and displayed games in antique locations. Women are also conducting the project that meets the Theater. He has also starred in some television series and movies.

He is married and father of two children. “Abdi” in the Bloody Nigar game, which he put on stage with Step Theater in 2012, was also nominated for the Best Musical or Comedy Male Actor Award at the 16th Afife Theater Awards.
