Ferdi Akarnur was born in 3 September 1945, Samsun as Ahmet Ferdi Akanur. He is an actor, known for Kizlar yurdu (2006), Inatçi (1988) and Çocuklar duymasin (2002).
He met with the theater in secondary school. He played his first role in Reşat Nuri Güntekin’s one-act “İSTİKLAL”. In 1966, the Association of Teachers and Samsun Oda Theater was established.
In 1966 Ferdi Akarnur left Samsun. He came to Istanbul and went to professionalism at Orhan Erçin Theater. Later he joined Avni Dilligil Theater and worked there for 4 years. He made his military service in Sivas. The return of military service was attended to the Ankara Players, then to the Lale Oraloğlu Theater and to the Levent Kırca Theater in 1980. He joined Yasemin Yalçın Theater in 1992.
